Team Harper is composed of Joan, and Scott Harper. We are a mother & son partnership team. We are licensed in Maryland, and the District of Columbia and Virginia and have been active in the real estate marketplace for a over thirty years. Scott has extensive knowledge of residential construction practices learned form 15 years in building material sales.
